Originally from Barranquilla, Colombia, Nina moved to Florida when she was sixteen. After graduating college in Ft. Lauderdale, she returned to Colombia. In Cartagena, she gained vast knowledge as a broker manager in a brokerage company where she worked closely with developers and learned all aspects of new construction to help her clients. As sales director with a development company, she mastered the specific needs of marketing properties and acquired skill in working with international investors.
Nina enjoys the outdoors and loves living by the ocean, where she can go for morning run and train for her next half marathon or fitness challenge–plus, enjoy a more leisurely walk to her favorite restaurants in Miami Beach.
