Jonathan began his real estate career in 2015 after moving to South Florida from the cold New England weather. As a licensed real estate agent, Jonathan’s priority is to make his clients happy. He listens to his clients ; wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and he strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free. His clients can count on him any time of day when they have a question or a concern.
Jonathan brings strong skills to his real estate career. Previously, as a Nationwide insurance agent, he learned the importance and joy that homeowners have in their properties and the needs to protect that investment. In addition to the selling and customer service experience in insurance, Jonathan has a 5-year background in accounting.
This experience and ability allow Jonathan to quickly recognize the numbers that will help make the transaction work. Plus, since real estate transactions include financial numbers to be reconciled, Jonathan puts his clients at ease in explaining what they mean in order to close the deal.
In his down time, Jonathan enjoys going to the beach, soaking up the warmth of the Florida sun and listening to self-improvement audio books and real estate podcasts. Some of his favorite audio books have been Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod.
