She serves as a trustee on The Miami Foundation, the leading philanthropic organization taking on the causes most important to the area. Pat has held several professional positions in and beyond the Miami area and channels these experiences, insights, and perspectives into her work as a property agent and accredited staging professional. Her multi-award-winning communications and network television journalism background offer an expertly edited, global perspective on luxury living.

Pat worked both nationally and internationally at CNN as correspondent, political correspondent, producer, foreign bureau chief and supervising producer of the network, as well as at Bacardi, the largest privately held spirits company in the world, as Vice President and head of Global Corporate Communications. While at Bacardi, she and Shane teamed up and began investing in Miami real estate– buying, renovating, staging, and selling. The rest is real estate history!
