With his endless energy, creativity and personal approach, Shane brings extensive global luxury marketing, finance and real estate investing expertise to the Graber Realty Group, which he created in 2016 and has quickly shot up to one of the top real estate brokerages in Miami-Dade County. He is the broker and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.

Shane has applied his luxury marketing background for the past 15 years in real estate investing in the U.S. in buying, renovating, and selling single-family, multi-family and investment/commercial properties with a special focus in Miami. He deftly understands how each property is itself a brand and should be marketed as such.

Keenly differentiating in the real estate industry is his background leading multi-billion dollar businesses with the marketing of such iconic, international brands as GREY GOOSE vodka—the world’s most valuable super premium vodka brand; BACARDI Rum—the world’s most popular premium rum brand; and BOMBAY SAPPHIRE—the world’s leading super premium gin.

While serving as marketing executive for Bacardi North America, Shane was specifically selected to join many high profile, global, strategic cross-functional teams for the global Bacardi Company, where he gained invaluable insight into the dynamic global consumer marketplace, what motivates purchases, how to gain customer value and the unique cultural sensitivities of shoppers.

The global Bacardi Company, selling in more than 100 countries, also recognized his real estate prowess and selected him to join the global real estate space planning committee. In South Florida, Shane has been an especially active in the Upper Eastside MiMo District, which includes the residential neighborhoods of Belle Meade, Morningside, Bayside, Shorecrest and Palm Grove and in the neighboring Miami Shores and El Portal communities.

He demonstrates his passionate commitment to continual improvement and investment in the Miami area by serving on numerous and varied community and civic organizations, including as current president, Bayside Residents Association and previously roles on the 2020 Miami Shores Community Alliance Grants Committee; former president of the MiMo Biscayne Historic District; former vice chair City of Miami Beautification Board; past chair, City of Miami Nuisance Abatement Board; past chair, City of Miami Bicentennial Park Public Benefits Committee and former board member, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Miami.

Shane graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business in Finance (BBF), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing and International Finance.

Outside of the real estate world, Shane loves to explore and indulge in Miami’s burgeoning epicurean scene with its diverse cuisine and yummy cocktails.
